Is Meridianville a good place to live?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Crime rate is something to consider -Meridianville sits at 781.9 per 100K. Median household income is $93,030, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $93,030 in Meridianville. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

We moved here with our family and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Schools in Eastside area are underrated. Kids love it here.
