OK so I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $715,700, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $179,415, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $2,756 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
