How is Merrifield for outdoor activities?

Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -Merrifield sits at 48.4 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
