Rent is about $784/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $113,200 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
