Dog-friendly places in Merrydale?

So, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 9,149 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Merrydale?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
