Is it worth buying in Mesa?

Hello, The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider — Mesa sits at 376.9 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
