Mesa in the winter — how bad?

Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,478 for rent here. Average temperature is around 74°F, so it's warm year-round. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I work in construction here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
