Hello, Crime rate is something to consider -Mescal sits at 672.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
