Should I move to Messiah College or stay in Denver?
With a population of 2,273, Messiah College is a small town. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Bought a house here in 2021 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great farm-to-table places. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want school system, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
