Is Metairie good for remote workers?

Hey everyone, I'm a 52-year-old real estate agent and Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $308,900, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $73,256 in Metairie. Crime rate is something to consider — Metairie sits at 161.0 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.
