Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 5 months ago and Poverty rate is 9.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 139K people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
