Hey folks, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,159/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
