Not sure if this has been asked before, but Homes are going for about $308,900 on average. Household incomes average around $73,256 in Metairie. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
