Commute times in Methuen Town -how bad?

So, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,610/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $103,270 in Methuen Town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
