Curious what people think. I'm a 22-year-old data analyst and Homes are going for about $472,200 on average. Median household income is $103,270, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Is this normal for Methuen Town?

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.
Background: I'm a accountant, 53, moved here 1 years ago from Phoenix. I've lived in South and East, and traveled to most parts of the metro.
**What I love:**
1. Great outdoor activities nearby
2. Strong job market in several industries
3. Active local events and festivals
4. The people are generally solid - I found my community within the first year
**What I don't love:**
1. Limited shopping options
2. Limited entertainment options
3. The food scene situation is stable and doesn't seem to be improving
**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- South: Great for singles. challenging vibes, walkable.
- East: More affordable, family-friendly.
**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.
**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Phoenix, everything felt challenging. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are stable. Gas is established. You can live comfortably on $60K-$90K here.
**Final verdict:**
