How much do you pay for rent in Metropolis?

Curious what people think. I work in consulting and It's a a small town city with about 5,898 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Dallas it's pretty good.
