Job hunting in Metter -tips?

Longtime lurker here, Rent is about $660/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
