Commute times in Metzger -how bad?

Been meaning to ask this. Thoughts? The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community vibe is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall No regrets on my end..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Definitely worth checking out..
