Best apartments in Mexia under ?

So, The median home value here is around $92,900, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Mexia?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Baltimore and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Oak Park. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Definitely worth checking out..
