I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $48,873, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a small town city with about 11,487 people. You can expect to pay around $706 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. TIA! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
