Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $791 for rent here. Rent is about $791/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
