Anyone regret moving to Miami Beach?

So, You can expect to pay around $1,733 for rent here. Rent is about $1,733/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Miami Beach? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
