Anyone else feel this way? Poverty rate is 8.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 81,319 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
