Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 81,319, Miami Beach is a smaller city. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
