Just moved to Miami Beach, any tips?

Random thought, I work in retail and You can expect to pay around $1,733 for rent here. Homes are going for about $542,000 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
