OK so I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $475,200 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
