Miami in the winter — how bad?

I'm a 39-year-old software engineer and The median home value here is around $475,200, which is pretty steep. Median household income is $59,390, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,657/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 77°F, so it's warm year-round. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What are your go-to spots?

As someone who grew up here, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much established but now it's tough.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it's been a really good experience overall. Definitely worth checking out..

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
