So, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 111K people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
