Best companies to work for in Miami Gardens?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $337,200, which seems about average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a nurse who relocated here from Atlanta about 12 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Diverse dining options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Summers can be brutally hot
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are growing, gas is tough.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Definitely worth checking out..

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Maple Ridge area are improving. Kids love it here.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
