Biggest downsides of living in Miami Gardens?

So, I'm retired and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $60,979 in Miami Gardens. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Anyone in a similar situation?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.
