Commute times in Miami Gardens -how bad?

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 5.1%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Miami Gardens sits at 739.1 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Thanks in advance!

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The nightlife is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
