Hi all, Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. Crime rate is something to consider -Miami Gardens sits at 739.1 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? The weather takes some getting used to.
