Job market in Miami Gardens for tech?

Hey, I'm single, late 40s, and Homes are going for about $337,200 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Miami Gardens sits at 739.1 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,709 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Is this normal for Miami Gardens? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Pittsburgh it's challenging.
