Hello, We have two kids and Household incomes average around $97,255 in Miami Lakes. With a population of 30,731, Miami Lakes is a smaller city. Rent is about $2,024/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $577,300 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
