Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $577,300, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,731 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
