Longtime lurker here, Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $2,233/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
