What I wish I knew before living in Miami Shores
Hey everyone, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 11,627, Miami Shores is a small town. Household incomes average around $137,873 in Miami Shores. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
Pros:

- Easy commute
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure
Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Limited dining options
- Boring for young people
- Not enough green space
What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
