Best restaurants in Miami Springs?

Alright, I work in education and Crime rate is something to consider -Miami Springs sits at 250.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. With a population of 13,606, Miami Springs is a small town. Rent is about $1,333/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 10 years ago from Minneapolis and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in The Heights. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in government. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Italian.

Definitely worth checking out..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want outdoor recreation, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
