Housing market in Miami Springs right now

Random thought, I'm a 52-year-old marketing manager and Median household income is $88,705, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Definitely worth checking out..
