Best areas to explore in Miamisburg?

First post here. Been living here since 2016. Crime rate is something to consider -Miamisburg sits at 200.9 per 100K. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
