How much do you pay for rent in Miamisburg?

Curious what people think. Been living here since 2006. The median home value here is around $203,700, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $1,119 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Miamisburg sits at 200.9 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've lived in Highland for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Decent public transit for the size
- The outdoor recreation scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Property taxes are high

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Bought a house here in 2016 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I've lived in Riverside for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I love the pace of life here. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- The job market scene is tough

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Not a lot of cultural diversity

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. No regrets on my end..
