Is public transit usable in Micco?

First post here. We have two kids and Rent is about $1,340/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Dallas about 15 years ago. The main reasons were weather and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Close to major attractions
- Affordable housing options

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are affordable, gas is underrated.

Socially, it's exactly what I was looking for. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I'm a social worker and I've found it exceeded my expectations. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in North area are excellent. Kids love it here.
