Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 15 months ago and Poverty rate is 15.2%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The school system is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
