Hey, Just moved here 9 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 31,894 people. The median home value here is around $129,000, which is actually reasonable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
