Grocery stores in Middle River -recommendations?

Hey everyone, I'm retired and Rent is about $1,639/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
