Hello, Military spouse here. Rent is about $1,639/month for a decent place. With a population of 31,616, Middle River is a smaller city. Crime rate is something to consider -Middle River sits at 1,338.5 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
