Middle Valley housing prices -when will it stop?

First post here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 6 years ago from Boston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in North. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is reasonable right now, especially in marketing. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 16 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
