Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 1 years and You can expect to pay around $974 for rent here. Homes are going for about $148,300 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
