Moving to Middletown -what should I know?

Homes are going for about $294,800 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Things Middletown needs to improve

Hey, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $294,800, which seems about average. Median household income is $97,040, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 7,620 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
