First post here. I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 23.4%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up.
